By accessing or using Running Home, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Running Home provides home operations management tools, documentation services, maintenance tracking, vendor coordination assistance, and informational resources.
Running Home does not provide:
Users remain responsible for all decisions regarding their property.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and all activity occurring under their account.
Users retain ownership of information, photos, documents, and content uploaded to the platform. By uploading content, users grant Running Home permission to store, process, and display that content for service delivery purposes.
Running Home may maintain vendor information and facilitate introductions between homeowners and service providers. Running Home does not employ, endorse, or guarantee the performance of any third-party vendor or contractor. Users engage vendors at their own risk.
Home Managers operate as independent contractors or service providers. Running Home facilitates coordination but is not responsible for the actions or outcomes of Home Manager services. Service terms between users and Home Managers are governed by separate agreements.
Running Home shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform, services, or reliance on information provided. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.
Users agree not to misuse the platform, upload harmful content, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
Running Home reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which Running Home Systems LLC operates.
