After years working inside clients' homes through RasQals, founder Sandy RasQue began noticing a pattern. The dogs were rarely the hard part. The homes were.
A leaking irrigation line discovered just before a foundation issue. A water heater rusting quietly in the garage. A forgotten HVAC filter struggling through a heat wave. Gutters overflowing after travel. Security cameras offline. Appliance warranties no one could find.
